Azione Notifies Market that VIA International Resigns from All Buying Groups – VIA & HTSA Respond

Azione logoThe new retail buying group Azione Unlimited announced today that VIA International – a new mega-integrator made up of six separate integration companies merged into one – has resigned from all buying groups, effective October 1st. The announcement caught our eye as it was only tangentially about Azione (who lost two members as a result), yet offered assertions about VIA’s actions with no apparent participation from anyone at VIA.

Azione Adds Another Member as Growth Trajectory Continues

Azione Unlimited logoAzione Unlimited, a national buying group of hybrid retailers and custom integrators, announced today that it has added its 75th member – a sure sign that its growth trajectory continues to move upward. The new member, Sound Ideas, Inc. of Armonk, NY, has joined the group effective immediately.

Reps: Are They On the Right Track? Or Have They Run Off the Rails?

Photo of Railroad TracksOn Tuesday last week, much like any other day, after arriving at my office I powered up my computer and began wading through the usual 100-150 emails that greet me every morning. Some of these are client-related emails, some are personal, but most are press releases or announcements. On that day, however, one in particular caught my attention – it was from Richard Glikes of Azione and it included a link to a video which was…remarkable.

This press release caught my attention not because it was from Azione, that is an common occurrence. Rather it caught my attention because it was from Azione on a topic that I am not used to dealer buying groups concerning themselves with – sales representative companies.

Azione Unlimited Buying Group Adds New Vendors; Releases Details on Upcoming Meeting

Azione logoAzione Unlimited announced today that it has added two new vendors to its “intentionally short list of vendor members.” The new vendors are Assurity Design Group and Triad.

The organization also released additional details on its upcoming fall conference.
