Capital Summit @ CEDIA Expo 2015 Announced
Intrepid Investment Bankers, LLC and Stiernberg Consulting have announced that they will once again partner to host a Capital Summit in conjunction with the CEDIA Expo taking place in Dallas next month from October 14-17. This is the second time the two companies – one a middle-market investment bank and the other an industry consulting firm – have held the event which offers attendees an expert panel sharing information on a variety of issues related to capital strategies.

Hot Time in the City, It’s CE Week Again
New York City in June sees temperatures rise in response to the onset of summer and also, hopefully, in response to the launch of the hottest new technologies being shown at CE Week at the Metropolitan Pavilion and Altman Building exposition spaces in Manhattan. Local Rep End Result Claims Dealer Show was ‘A Huge Success’
End Result, a Pittsburgh, PA-based sales representative company, held its 15th annual dealer show titled Survive-Revive-Thrive on April 15th and said it was the best attended event they have ever held. The firm, which represents both home and automotive electronics suppliers, says more than 170 local dealers attended the event which was held in Columbus, OH.

HTSA & Nationwide Partner to Create HTSN
In a joint release this week from both Nationwide Marketing Group (NMG) and the Home Technology Specialists Association (HTSA), the partners announced the creation of a new entity that they call the Home Technology Specialists of Nationwide (HTSN). The announcement, that surprised many in the industry…and had some scratching their heads trying to see the fit…said that this new alliance will offer new business opportunities for their respective members and vendors. It also, largely due to the size of Nationwide, creates the “largest buying and marketing collaboration” in the industry.

OmniMount Shows New Product Concept at Private CES Display
OmniMount, part of Ergotron…which is part of Nortek…showed a new product concept at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas earlier this month at their private, invitation-only booth. The product is a new concept home product…potentially a real solution to some of the more modern emerging home storage issues. Called the WorkSpace Wall Organizer, will this solution find its say onto the wall in your home?
