Friends of Ron Meyerowitz have arranged for a gathering to celebrate his life on September 27, 2023, in New York City. The gathering is open for any friend of Ron’s (invitation required) who would like to join with others to share some food and drink, and most importantly, share stories about Ron, an influential manufacturer sales representative in the New York Metro market – and a very good friend to many in the industry.
Sad news to report today as highly respected New York Metro manufacturer sales representative Ron Meyerowitz passed away earlier this week. Ronald “Ronnie” Meyerowitz was the founder of Audio Associates in the 1970s, one of the most successful audio/video manufacturer sales representative companies in the NY Metro area for decades.
Audio Associates Corp. launched its “Alliance Expo 2012” Dealer Show Tuesday at the Doubletree Hotel in Newark, New Jersey. Attendees braved gray, rainy, sticky, humid weather…and a resulting variety of roadway-clogging traffic accidents…to travel from all around the New York Metro area and the Mid-Atlantic to see product displays from 23 manufacturers representing top brands in the specialty A/V business.
