Russound announced this week that it is partnering with Jetbuilt, a project management software tool that is popular with custom integrators. Separately, the company announced the new products it will be focusing on during the upcoming CEDIA Expo 2022 event.

Russound says that Jetbuilt is the leader in web-based project software for AV, IT, security, and structured cabling integration professionals. This announcement appears to be similar to one they announced back in March, when they partnered with D-Tools, another popular integrator design project tool.
It is not uncommon for manufacturers to participate in multiple programs like this, as there are a handful of popular project management tools used by different groups of integrators. For those brands who wish to help their integrators more easily design their products into system proposals, it can be an important step.
Bringing Jetbuilt to Their Dealer Network
The Russound announcement says this agreement “brings Jetbuilt’s project software to Russound’s extensive distribution and dealer network.”

Separately, Russound also announced the new product line-up they would be focusing on at the upcoming CEDIA Expo 2022. The focus for this year’s event includes a wholly revamped line of landscape, rock, and outdoor subwoofer products.
The new products being featured at this year’s show includes the following items.
- 5R82mk2 8″ Front-Firing Outdoor Rock Speaker
- 5R8SUB 8″ Outdoor Rock Subwoofer
- AW6-LS-BR 6″ Landscape Speaker
- AW10-HSUB-BR 10″ Hardscape Subwoofer

The company will also feature its VoicePlay multi-room audio system with streaming and voice control via Amazon Alexa.
