Did CEDIA Get It Right?
CEDIA, the trade association for residential custom integration specialists, announced this week the finalists in the contest to find the Best New Products. The organization will announce the winner at its upcoming EXPO on September 15 at 3:00PM in the CEDIA booth #4710.

Did They Get It Right?
In addition to announcing the finalists in their booth at the show, CEDIA is also planning to honor the winners at a special party at Gilley’s Thursday night called the CEDIA Celebration. All Expo participants are invited to the party.
We’ve written a few stories about some of these products. For example, we talked about voice control in this article about Nexia who is piggybacking on Amazon’s Alexa. And we were quite impressed with Artison’s new Backpack solution at the last CEDIA Expo and we told you about Backpack here.
