As a one-time subscriber to Inc. Magazine, I can tell you that I looked forward to the Inc. 5000 issue every year. It was there you would find exciting companies that were growing quickly, had innovative technologies and products, and demonstrated uncommon resilience. Many of these companies go on to become the biggest and the best in their categories, and the profiles in the magazine offered insightful narratives on remarkable businesses.
Every year, Inc. goes to great lengths to scour the country to find only those companies that are truly uncommon. Many of them were not yet on the radar of the traditional business media.
An Especially Challenging Year
The announcement from AVPro Global on this exciting recognition notes that the “2025 honorees have thrived despite economic headwinds, including inflationary pressures, labor market fluctuations, and continued global uncertainty, collectively adding thousands of jobs to the U.S. economy.”
AVPro successfully navigates the pressing concerns of our customer base, establishing our brands as the most dependable partners to residential and commercial systems integration firms. We are a family-owned, veteran-owned, and woman-owned company that is able to make bold decisions quickly—grow significantly within our marketplace, and focus on serving our customers.
Jeff Murray, AVPro Global Founder & CEO

Strict Metrics to be Met
There are strict financial and operational metrics that must be met before Inc. will consider any given company for this honor. Those metrics do not change based on events taking place in the greater macroeconomic environment. In this sense, to earn this honor during a time of economic upheaval is an even more amazing achievement.
Making the Inc. 5000 is always a remarkable achievement, but earning a spot this year speaks volumes about a company’s tenacity and clarity of vision. These businesses have thrived amid rising costs, shifting global dynamics, and constant change. They didn’t just weather the storm—they grew through it, and their stories are a powerful reminder that the entrepreneurial spirit is the engine of the U.S. economy.

On My Radar and Should Be On Yours
AVPro Global has been on my radar for quite some time, first when integrators told me how amazing, useful, and reliable the company’s products were. Thanks to a higher level of engineering, various AVPro Global products seemed to be able to perform effortlessly where other companies’ products, even larger companies, often struggled. The pace of the company’s growth has seemingly been accelerating, so this recognition by Inc. makes perfect sense.

Way back in 1983, I was Senior VP Marketing and Sales for Gravity Guidance, in NYC, along with the CEO of Gravity, to be recognized as that year’s second fastest growing privately held company.
Less than six months later, the company filed for bankruptcy. Fast growth is a double-edged sword.
