3vNet Announces New CB1 Lighting & Control Module and Open Sales Territories

August 10, 2012 by Ted Leave a Comment

3vNet Logo3vNet, the new home automation company that succeeded Colorado vNet, announced last week one of the first products to be produced by the new company – then CB1 Control Bridge. The company has also let strata-GEE.com know which sales territories they have open and in which they are interested in finding good sales representative firms with whom to work.

The CB1 is the first major new product to come from 3vNet, newly independent from its former owner Russound and now owned by company CEO Mike Anderson. The CB1 is a module that serves as a gateway for lighting control by a home automation system. According to 3vNet, the CB1 is based on a 1.2GHz processor and uses current plug computing technology.

Giving home automation systems lighting control…

The CB1 provides home automation system installations added functions such as commissioning, timers, monitoring, and even offers access to 3rd party devices. The CB1 is extremely flexible and can be programmed in advance to, for example, operate lights for various night/day functions and even operate differently on specific dates – helpful for vacation scheduling.

Savant

Along with the CB1, the company has also announced the release of a new version of their vNet Builder system programming and design software. Versions 4.12.22 and up will support the CB1.

Attention all sales reps…

3vNet is in the process of rebuilding and refocusing their distribution network and has let strata-GEE.com know where they have open territories waiting for go-getter sales representative firms who want to become associated with the company’s growth.

The sales territories that are open include the following states:

  • Washington
  • Oregon
  • Southern California
  • Nevada
  • Idaho
  • Montana
  • Wyoming
  • Utah
  • Colorado
  • North Dakota
  • South Dakota
  • Oklahoma
  • Texas
  • Minnesota
  • Arkansas
  • Louisiana
  • Michigan

Interested sales representative firms should contact 3vNet at (407) 278-1200 and ask for Matt Curtin, Director of Sales for 3vNet.
